Refund Policy

Digital rewards are delivered automatically. Contact support quickly if something is wrong with an order.

Delivered digital goods

Completed and delivered digital rewards are generally not refundable unless required by law or approved by staff.

If a valid paid order is not delivered, GrainsMC will investigate and either deliver the reward or offer an appropriate correction.

Wrong-username cases are handled manually. Do not use or trade delivered rewards before contacting support.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in store access restrictions and in-game account sanctions until the dispute is resolved.
